How much space do we have?

This data gives you a summary of the total number of floors, desks, and spaces that you have based on the location filters.

How much space do we need?

The Floors number is based on the average amount of desks per floor. This is the number of floors that would be required to satisfy the number of desks used on the most popular day over the chosen date range.

The Desks number is based on the maximum desks used on all floors on the same day within the date range.

The Spaces number is based on the number of spaces required to host all meetings on the busiest day of the date range.

What can we cut?

The number of floors you can cut is based on the average number of desks per floor and the number of desks needed on the busiest day of the chosen date range. This is the number of floors which may not be needed.

The desks you can cut is based on the number of desks needed on the busiest day in the date range. This is the number of desks which may not be needed.

The spaces you can cut is based on the hours of spaces needed on the busiest day in the date range. This is the number of spaces which may not be needed.

This data shows you by floor the percentage of desks that have a reservation or are assigned versus the desks that do not have a reservation or are not assigned. 

How much are spaces used on the busiest day?

This data shows you by floor the percentage of spaces that are used or not used during the busiest hours of the day.

This data shows you by floor the average percentage of desks that have a reservation or are assigned versus the desks that do not have a reservation or are not assigned based on the date range you have selected.
