The Planned Collaboration Dashboard focuses on the data that goes into calculating the Planned Collaboration Score.

You can also find a chart that categorizes your events using a large language model (LLM). Robin runs your event data through an LLM in order to categorize your events into the groups on the right. You can filter by campus, building, floor, department, space type, capacity, and day of week.

This data shows you how many people were present in the office in booked spaces in the given date range in order to help you understand space usage trends and forecast space usage needs.

What percentage of meetings had a single vs multiple in-person attendees?

This data can help you understand how many meetings are being taken in the office with only one person actually present in the office. 

This can help you decide whether you need more phone booths or single person spaces to take calls.

On average, how many daily meetings had multiple attendees in the office?

This data shows you by department how many meetings had multiple attendees in the office.

The departments that have more meetings with more attendees likely have stronger in-person collaboration.

On average, how many daily meetings had a single attendee in the office?

This data shows how many meetings by department had only one person in the office.

View meeting categorization. Your meeting titles and descriptions are run through a large language model in order to bucket your meetings into categories to help you better understand how your spaces are being utilized.

From week to week see how many meeting attendees are attending in-person in each building.

If these numbers are low, think about creating anchor days where people in the same departments or on the same working teams are coming in on the same days for their meetings.
