Status colors show at a glance whether a space or desk is occupied or available. By default, Robin uses these colors:
- Red = In use (spaces only)
- Yellow = Booked, but not confirmed (spaces only)
- Dark grey = Occupied (desks only)
- Green = Available (spaces and desks)
To change the status colors, admins go to Manage > Themes > and scroll to "Colors".
Where the colors apply
- By default, custom colors apply at the organizational level. To apply the colors to one location only, select a building in the dropdown menu at the top right.
- The colors apply to spaces on a map and on room displays.
- The "available" status color applies to desks on a map in the status board, the mobile app and the web dashboard.
