Robin released 2 more adoption dashboards, for space and desk cancellations. With them, admins can see:
- Total bookings, cancellations and cancellation rates.
- Cancellation and booking trends over time.
- Cancellation methods by building and department.
Customers want to understand how their offices are used, and you can't fix what you can't measure. Facilities and office managers in particular want to know if people check in to and use the desks and spaces they book.
