File uploads for meeting service requests

Add file uploads to meeting service request forms, so requesters can send documents with a request. When you schedule a meeting in the Robin web dashboard or in the Outlook Add-In, you can submit a meeting service request, such as catering, to be completed at the time of your meeting.

How file uploads work

A file upload can be an optional or a required field on the meeting service request form.

• Upload up to 5 files of 5MB each.
• Open uploaded files from the ticket details.
• Open uploaded files from the links in service email notifications. Each link opens the ticket details page, where you can download the attachments.

Use file uploads to support your workflows. For example, upload an approved purchase order with a catering request so your approver can approve it. Or send your PowerPoint presentation to the A/V team for the all-hands meeting.

Users with access can delete files from the list view or from their meeting. They can download files from the list view in Robin.

Files show in emails as links to the Robin list view, where users can download the attachments.
