File uploads for meeting service requests

Overview

Get your meeting room ready in advance with Robin's meeting room services. When you schedule meetings in Robin's web dashboard or through the Outlook Add-In, you can submit a meeting service request, such as catering, to be completed at the time of your meeting.

To streamline requests, file uploads can be an optional or a required field on the meeting service request form. You can:

  • Upload up to 5 files of 5MB/file.
  • Access uploaded files from the ticket details or via links in service email notifications, which redirect you to the ticket details page where attachments can be downloaded.

This has been released in order to facilitate client workflows (i.e. upload an approved purchase order with your catering request in order for your approver to approve the request) or to improve the meeting experience (i.e. send you PowerPoint presentation to the A/V team for presentation at the all-hands).
Users with access will be able to delete files from the list view or their meeting. They will be able to download files from the list view in Robin.
File uploads can be required questions to submit a form.
Files will appear in emails as links into the Robin list view, from where they can download the attachments.
