Add Robin to Slack

Integrate Robin with your company's Slack account. With the Robin app for Slack, employees can see who is in the office, update plans, book a desk, and get timely reservation notifications without switching apps.

For employees to use Robin in Slack:

1. An admin connects Robin and Slack at the organizational level.
2. Employees connect their individual Slack accounts in their Robin user settings.

Connect Robin and Slack

Admins, follow these steps:

1. Open Manage > Integrations > Add to Slack option.

   

2. A window opens. Sign in to your Slack team.

   

3. Select your Slack team, then authorize the app.

   

4. After you select "Authorize", Robin connects to your Slack team automatically. Invite it to a common channel, or keep it as a DM-only tool. Tip: you can select a DM with yourself from the dropdown.
