The Robin Scheduling Agent uses AI to automate scheduling decisions on the Meeting Rooms page. It saves the hours of manual rescheduling it takes to manage meetings in a busy office. The Scheduling Agent is part of the Early Access Program.
All of the features below respect calendar permissions. Users can move and reschedule only meetings they have access to. They can move meetings only to spaces they have permission to book.
As part of the early access program, you can do these things with the page and the Scheduling Agent.
Move meetings with drag and drop
To move and reschedule a meeting, drag it to another space on the Meeting Rooms page.
After you drag a meeting to a new space, confirm the move. Select the "Move" or "Move and Reschedule" button at the bottom middle of the page. Robin moves your meeting.
- If the new room is too large or too small for the meeting, Robin allows the booking but shows a yellow warning about the capacity mismatch.
- If you try to move the meeting to a request-only room, the space shows a red warning, and you cannot move the meeting.

If you do not have permission to book in a space, the space shows a red warning, and you cannot move your meeting to that space.
Resolve scheduling conflicts with AI suggestions
If you drag a meeting over an existing meeting and have permission to change both, the "Fix Conflicts" button shows. Select "Fix Conflicts". The agent opens and suggests other spaces for the displaced meeting.
Select the "Next" button to see the suggestions. To accept one, select the "Move" button. Robin moves the affected meeting and notifies its organizer of the changes.
To move your original meeting into the new space, close the agent and select "Move". Robin moves both the conflicting meeting and your original meeting.
