Collect feedback about the office experience

What the Workplace Experience report does

The Workplace Experience report helps office leaders collect, analyze and act on employee feedback. The report collects feedback from the people who are in the office on a certain day. You can filter the responses by date, building and rating.

Set up the Workplace Experience survey to learn what brings employees to the office, and how to make it a place where they do their best work.

Set up the survey

  1. Go to Manage > Surveys > Configure.

  2. Select the office locations to send the survey to.

  3. Decide if employees can respond to the survey anonymously.

  4. Select Publish. The survey goes live immediately.

How the survey works

The survey is linked to checked-in desk reservations (and seat assignments). It shows in the web dashboard and mobile app 3 hours before a desk reservation or assigned seat ends. It expires 3 days after the reservation. If you respond to or dismiss the survey on one platform, Robin does not ask you again on the other.

If you have a desk reservation in the survey window, Robin asks you to complete the survey (or dismiss it) when you open the mobile app or web dashboard. Mobile_flow.png

Depending on how your office is set up, you may be able to submit your feedback anonymously.

Survey frequency

After a user completes the survey, Robin does not ask them for feedback again for 5 days. On average, this is one survey a week for each user.

View survey responses

Global admins can view all survey responses and download a CSV export from the Analytics page in the web dashboard. Local Office Admins can view the survey responses and download a CSV export for the buildings where they have admin permission.

Go to Analytics > open the Dashboards menu on the left > Experience tab. There you can:

  • Filter responses by building, date range and rating type with the drop-down at the top.
  • Export the experience ratings and responses as a CSV to share and compare with stakeholders.

For anonymous responses, you see the rating, any comments and the building. You do NOT see the name of the person who submitted the response, or where the reservation was in the building (desk or desk group).
