To add a service to a meeting, click the "Add a Service" button when creating an event in a space where that service is available.
The list of services will include only services available in that location. If a service is not listed in that space, it is not available there.
Select the desired service and fill the form out, including any required fields.
Click "Add Request" to add the request to the meeting. As many services as desired can be added to a meeting provided that they are available in the space.
Service requests will not be added until the meeting has been created or approved in request-only spaces.
If a service request has an approver, the service must be approved before the request will be sent to the service provider to prepare or fulfill. Service requesters will see an email confirmation when their service request has been approved.
Updates to service request statuses will also trigger email responses.
Meeting service requests are available in Outlook. They are not available in the Google Calendar extension at this time.
