The "Who's in" digest is a personal forecast. It helps employees see what happens in the office during a given week and decide when to come in and meet the people they care about.
You can see this information in Robin. You can also see who's in and what happens in the office from several places outside Robin, including:
- Email digest
- Microsoft Teams
- Slack
Weekly digest email
The "Who's in" email digest is a personal email you get on Monday mornings, in your local time. It shows who plans to be in your preferred office location for the week ahead, and your own plans.
To see more about your week, select See who's in.
"Who's in" digest in Teams
The Robin app works with the Teams desktop, web and mobile apps.
You cannot @mention the bot
You cannot start the messaging extension when you @mention the bot.
You can get the "who's in" digest in your Teams app.
- Open the Robin app from the overflow tool menu below the chat box, or from the overflow menu on a message.
- Select "Who's coming in."
- A pop-up asks you to select an office. Select an office from the dropdown menu.
The Robin bot shares a digest of who goes into that office that week. It looks similar to this:

"Who's in" digest in Slack
The Robin Slack app can send you the "who's in" digest each week. You can also ask Robin "who is in the office this week" with a Slack command.
Send the command /who-is-in as a direct message to see who plans to visit your preferred office this week. If the "/who-is-in" command does not work, see troubleshoot the /who-is-in command.
To get the digest each week, find Robin under your Slack apps. On the home tab, select "Who's in digest summary", then select Create new digest.

Who gets the weekly digest email?
A user gets the email when their default location has 1 or more people with in-office plans for the week, and the user:
- Signed in to Robin at least once.
- Has a default location selected.
- Has a valid and verified email address.
- Did not unsubscribe from the "Who's in" digest email.
Can admins preview the email digest before Robin sends it to all users?
No. Contact your Customer Success Manager to see a demo.
How do I stop emails from Robin?
Employees manage their email preferences from the weekly digest email. Select “Unsubscribe” in the email.
Can admins turn off the "Who's in" digest email for users?
Yes. Admins can turn off the "Who's in" email notification for all employees in the organization under Manage > Notifications.
Why do users not see email preferences in their User Settings?

Can users choose when they get the email digest?
No. Users get the email on Monday morning. The time and date come from the time zone settings of the user's default location. Robin's data shows that Monday is the day users most often plan and book their week.
Slack users can set up a digest schedule in Slack to get the "who's in" digest each week in a channel they choose.
Where else can users get a weekly digest?
Users can see who's in and what happens in their office from other places outside Robin. In addition to email, users can add Robinbot to Slack or Teams channels to get the digest there.
