Robin launch prep checklist

Review and finalize your initial Robin account setup.

Work with your Onboarding Specialist to host an end user training session                                  before launch week. This will allow you to:

  • Demonstrate common booking workflows in Robin

  • Help ease any concerns about changes to your workplace

  • Answer questions

Send an email to introduce Robin to your people.

Share Robin launch details + a summary of any related workplace policies and processes in your internal resource center (e.g., Confluence, Sharepoint, etc).
