Manage your notifications

Robin sends notifications about your reservations and any new office updates (e.g., activities, and announcements) to your everyday apps and tools. Under your user settings in the web dashboard and the mobile app, you can choose the type of notifications you'd like to receive and how.  

In the web dashboard, navigate to your User profile > User settings > Notifications to manage the notifications captured below:Screenshot 2024-07-01 at 7.38.38 AM.png

The "Beta feedback" and "Device health notifications"  options are only available for Robin admin roles.

Warning

In order for you to receive Slack notifications, a Robin admin must first add Robin to your organization's Slack workspace. And you need to connect your individual Slack account under your User settings > Integrations. 

Mobile push notifications

After you turn on notifications for the Robin app under your phone settings, you can manage the following push notifications in the Robin mobile app.

  1. Open the Robin app.
  2. Tap the settings icon in the top right corner of the app home screen. 
  3. Tap Notifications.
