Robin sends notifications about your reservations and office updates, such as activities and announcements, to the apps and tools you use every day. In your user settings in the web dashboard and the mobile app, you choose which notifications you get and how.
Web dashboard notifications
In the web dashboard, go to User profile > User settings > Notifications to manage the notifications shown below:
Only Robin admin roles see the "Beta feedback" and "Device health notifications" options.
Warning
To get Slack notifications, a Robin admin must first add Robin to your organization's Slack workspace. You also need to connect your own Slack account under User settings > Integrations.
Mobile push notifications
First, turn on notifications for the Robin app in your phone settings. Then manage your push notifications in the Robin mobile app:
- Open the Robin app.
- Select the settings icon at the top right of the app home screen.
- Select Notifications.
