Missing some Google calendars during room setup

Once you've connected a Google account, you can associate your calendars with rooms inside of Robin. Any calendar editable by the connected Google account should show up in the list below:


If you notice some calendars missing, there's a couple things to check first:

  1. Confirm your G Suite account has API access enabled. If API access isn't enabled, Robin will be unable to access your resource calendars.
  2. Confirm your booking account can see the resource calendars in Google Calendar. If not, you may need to share calendar access to the booking user.
  3. In rare cases, we've seen calendars go missing if your account hasn't accepted a recent "Terms of Service" from Google.
