Once you've connected a Google account, you can associate your calendars with rooms inside of Robin. Any calendar editable by the connected Google account should show up in the list below:
If you notice some calendars missing, there's a couple things to check first:
- Confirm your G Suite account has API access enabled. If API access isn't enabled, Robin will be unable to access your resource calendars.
- Confirm your booking account can see the resource calendars in Google Calendar. If not, you may need to share calendar access to the booking user.
- In rare cases, we've seen calendars go missing if your account hasn't accepted a recent "Terms of Service" from Google. Learn more here.
