When you change the external calendar account used for scheduling, keep a few things in mind. After you select "Remove" in Manage > Integrations, you see this screen:
Switching accounts does not delete all your events
When you disconnect a calendar account, Robin unpairs all space calendars and removes only future events. These events are also on your regular calendar, so they sync back as soon as you pair the calendars again.
All of your spaces and historical data (for example, past events and analytics) stay.
Spaces can exist without their calendars. When you delete a space's calendar, the space stays but switches to on-demand scheduling. Connected room displays show impromptu meetings only until you reconnect a calendar. You should not have to update any of your room displays when switching a booking user.
If you have many spaces and you are sure all connected calendars have the same permissions, the Robin support team may be able to help you migrate. Then you do not need to reconnect the same calendar to each space by hand. Send a request, and the team finds the best approach.
Change a resource or room calendar
Your office admin needs to do some work for this. In your native calendar system, copy all booked events to the new room calendar. Then remove the old resource calendar from Robin and add the new one. If something goes wrong, you can reconnect the old resource calendar.
