My calendars list only shows my work email

The schedule view will pull in events from the calendar account associated with your Robin login -- most likely your work account. If you'd like to add another calendar but aren't seeing any options within the Robin app, these troubleshooting tips should help.

Does Robin have permission to view the calendars on your phone?

If you aren't seeing your personal calendars in Robin, it likely means Robin doesn't have permission to access the calendar accounts on your phone yet. You can update this permission from your device settings.

On iOS:

From your device home screen, tap Settings > Robin. You'll need to scroll down through your list of apps until you see Robin. Make sure "Calendars" permission is granted.

On Android:

From your device home screen, tap Settings > Apps > Robin > Permissions. Make sure "Calendars" permission is granted.

Are you able to see the desired calendar accounts from your phone?

Robin is able to view calendars that already exist on your phone. If you've given Robin permission to view your calendars, and the calendars aren't showing up in Robin, then the particular calendar you're looking for may not be synced to your phone yet. You can check to see which calendar accounts are synced with your phone from your device settings.

On iOS:

From your device home screen, tap Settings > Accounts & Passwords. This lists the various calendar accounts you've added to your phone. Tap "add account" to add a new account.

Quitting and reopening the Robin app will sync any new calendars you've added to your phone.

On Android:

From your device home screen, tap Settings > Accounts. This lists the various accounts you've added to your phone, including calendars. Tap "add account" to add a new account.

Quitting and reopening the Robin app will sync any new calendars you've added to your phone.
