This dashboard includes badge swipe data.
The Workplace Presence Dashboard shows planned and confirmed visits to the office.
Open the Workplace Presence Dashboard
- Select the Analytics tab in the web dashboard.
- Select Workplace Presence in the left panel.

To filter the data, use the fields at the top of the page. You can filter by campus, building, floor and date range.
Dashboard charts
The table lists each chart and what it shows.
| What is the purpose of this chart? | What is this chart showing? |
| Planned Total | The total number of people who set their status to "In office" before the date they said they would come in. |
| Confirmed Total | The total number of people confirmed as physically present in the office for the timeframe. |
| Planned to Confirmed Rate | The rate of planned to confirmed visits. It can be over 100%. |
| Planned - Confirmed | The total number of people who set their status to "In office" before the date they said they would come in, and who were confirmed as physically present in the office on that date. |
| Planned - Not Confirmed | The total number of people who set their status to "In office" before the date they said they would come in, and who were confirmed as physically present in the office on that date. |
| Canceled Day-Of | The total number of people who set their status to "In office" before the date they said they would come in, and who canceled on that date. |
| Unplanned | The total number of people confirmed as in the office who did not say they planned to come in. |
| Visit types month-to-month | The types of visits month over month. These can include: planned - confirmed, planned - not confirmed, canceled day-of, and unplanned. |
| Planned to confirmed rate over time | The rate of planned to confirmed visits over time. |
| Confirmation method trends over time | How visits are confirmed, week over week. |
| Confirmations by method | How visits are confirmed. These can include: WiFi, QR Code, NFC, or Badge data. |
| Confirmation method by day of the week | The confirmation methods by day of the week. Use it to see which methods people use most and least. |
| Confirmation methods by building | The confirmation methods by building. Use it to see which methods people use in which buildings. |
| Visit types by building | The visit types by building. Use it to see which types of visits happen most often in each building. |
| Visit types by department | The visit types by department. You can filter by all departments. |
| Desk check-ins vs Office only confirmations | How many people come into the office with a desk, and how many come in without a desk booked. |
