Robin shows an attendance status for each person, so you can see who is in the workplace and manage office occupancy. The statuses give more detail about how people work than a simple "present" or "absent".
Attendance statuses in Robin
- Confirmed On-Site: The person checked in at the office with a verified local method, such as a badge or the office's Wi-Fi network.
- Remote: The person checked in remotely. A remote check-in does not confirm with 100% certainty that the person is in the office.
- Scheduled: The person has an in-office working location but has not checked in yet.

Robin changes a user's attendance status from remote to on-site when it detects an "in-office presence" through a verified local check-in method, such as a badge or the office's Wi-Fi network.
