Open the drop-down menu in the bottom left corner. It lists the calendars you have permission to book on.
Your native calendar system (Google or Outlook) grants delegate permissions. If you do not see the calendar you want to book on, ask your office admin to check your delegate booking permissions.
Common Pitfalls for Microsoft 365 users
For Robin to get the calendars you have delegate access to, first "open" the delegate calendar in Outlook. This adds it to your Outlook “My Calendars” list, and it then shows in the dropdown menu in the Robin event composer. To learn more, watch the video or see the Microsoft guide.
-
Select the person's calendar for the event. This is the person you organize the event for.
-
To remove yourself from the event, select the "X" next to your name. This keeps other people's events off your calendar. Then fill in the other event details.
If you removed yourself from the event and need to change it, find and edit the event on the schedule page.
