Edit a meeting in the web dashboard

Edit a booked meeting in the web dashboard from the Workweek view, the My Meetings tab or the Meeting Rooms tab.

Before you edit a meeting

Keep these points in mind:

• To edit a meeting, you must be the meeting organizer or an admin in Robin. The default member role cannot change other users' meetings.
• If you are an admin, the easiest way to edit a meeting is from the Meeting Rooms tab on the Schedule page.
• A meeting created outside Robin is a synced event. To change a synced event, the Edit Synced Events setting must be enabled for your organization. A calendar icon marks synced events.
• For a recurring meeting, Robin asks if you want to save the changes to that single meeting or to all meetings in the series.

Edit a meeting from the Workweek view

1. In the web dashboard, select the Schedule tab (workweek view).
2. Locate and select the meeting on your schedule. The meeting opens in the right sidebar menu.
3. Select the meeting title to open the details.
4. Select Edit event.
5. Make your changes in the event composer.
6. Select Save changes.
   

Edit a meeting from the My Meetings tab

1. Select the Schedule page at the top.
2. Select My Meetings tab.
3. Find the meeting and select the Actions tab (represented by three dots) at the top right of the meeting card.

4. Select Edit from the dropdown menu. If you do not see the option to edit or cancel the meeting, you may not be the true meeting organizer. Ask an admin for help.

   

5. Make your changes in the event composer and select Save changes.

Edit a meeting from the Meeting Rooms tab

Use this method if you are not the organizer.

1. In the web dashboard, select the Schedule page at the top.
2. Select the Meeting Rooms tab.
3. Find the meeting with the fields at the top.
4. Select the meeting to open the details.
5. Select Edit event in the meeting details on the right.

6. Edit the meeting in the event composer, then select Save changes.

   

For a recurring meeting, you see a message like the one below. Choose to apply the changes to only that meeting or to that meeting and all the meetings in the series.
