Checklist: Connecting an Office 365 account

Set up room resource mailboxes in Exchange 

Follow these steps to ensure your account is ready to connect with Robin.

  1. Create room resources in O365  IT
  2. If you're planning to connect using a service account, configure impersonation IT

Pairing with Robin

  1. Connect O365 with Robin IT
  2. Add room calendars with your spaces IT

Seeing "Calendar not found" error?

This often means that impersonation hasn't been set up yet. This guide will point you in the right direction.
