Upload a custom background image for the room display so your office walls show your company branding.
Admins can update room display settings in the web dashboard. Go to Manage > Offices, then select the location and space to update.

On the Space's management page, scroll down to Room Display Settings, and under "Theme Background", upload a PNG or JPG file of 3MB or less.

The room display shows the new background on its own within 10 minutes. To see the change sooner, open the space info and select the Refresh icon at the bottom right.
Changes do not show on the display
Rooms checks for meeting updates all the time to keep your schedules in sync. It checks for things that change less often, such as settings, every 10 minutes. To update your app sooner, open Space Info and scroll to Software & System Info. Then select "Refresh" to refresh your app.
