Robin has 3 desk types: hot, hotel and assigned. Each type has its own booking rules. Your admin may assign you a fixed desk, or let you book a flexible desk (a hot or hotel desk).

The table shows how long you can book each desk type, and when.

Share an assigned desk
Shared seating is a setting for assigned desks only. It lets you open your assigned desk to others while you are out of the office. You can manage your own desk availability, and admins can manage it for you. Your admin tells you how to use desks in your office and if desk sharing is available.
