Robin now offers two new resource types out-of-the-box, parking spots and lockers as well as the ability to create a custom resource that you may need for your employees to book. These new resources provide organizations with more tools to manage the types of resources that exist at the physical office and improve the employee experience.
Parking Spots
- Organizations can set up parking lots and parking garages with parking spots for employees to book.
- This is a significant upgrade to having a unique parking spot resource, offering improved visual clarity and functionality.
- Admins can limit users to booking a single parking space per day, in addition to a single desk booking per day.
Lockers
- Organizations can add lockers as bookable resources within the office.
- This feature enhances the employee experience by providing a clear system for reserving and utilizing available lockers.
Custom Resources
- Organizations can add custom resources as bookable resources within the office.
- This feature enhances the employee experience by providing a clear system for reserving and utilizing any type of resource that needs to be bookable or assigned.

- Users have all their bookings: desks, events & spaces, parking spots, lockers, and any additional custom resources in one view.
- See resource details, reservation times, and click the resource name to port over to the map to make any updates.
- This offers a wholistic view of your work day and all necessary resources to ensure you have what you need without digging
- This is available for all users in CRC beta and can be found in the right-hand side bar of the Workweek schedule
Key Improvements
Parking spots, lockers, and custom resources are built on a brand-new backend, delivering significant performance and stability enhancements as well as some usability improvements, including:

Permissions
- By default, the member role allows every member to book all spaces, desks, parking spots, lockers, and custom resources
- Booking permissions for parking spots, lockers, and custom resources are either fully granted or completely denied and cannot be limited by individual resource or location.
- Manage custom resource booking permissions on the Roles page (Manage > Roles).
