Disable the Favorites feature

Add coworkers as favorites to see when they plan to be in the office and where they sit on the office map. Admins can turn this feature off for the whole organization.

Turn Favorites off or on

By default, the People Finding (creating favorites) feature is on for the whole organization. To turn it off for the organization, go to Manage > Organization > scroll down to Features > toggle to off/on.

To create favorites with People Finding, users also need access to the People tab in the web dashboard. This permission is on for all users by default. Manage it in the user permission settings.

Add favorites

Users can add coworkers as favorites from the mobile app or from the web dashboard.

Mobile

New users can follow the Add favorites to see who's in link on the home screen, or go to the People tab. Tap the star next to a coworker's name to add them as a favorite.

After you add favorites, you can do these things:

  • Filter the people list: tap Favorites at the top.
  • See who is in the office that week and where they sit on the office map. Tap See who's in this week > tap a favorite to see where they sit on the office map.

Web dashboard

Choose favorites on the office map from the list of people on that floor that day. Or use the People tab to choose favorites from a full list of employees.

From the office map

If you see only the list view (no map), select "Book desk" > open a desk group (work area) > select the star next to a coworker's name.

From the People tab

The People tab shows a full list of all employees, not only those with a desk reserved for that day. Select People in the navigation. Scroll, or search by name or email, to choose favorites.
