April 2026 product update

Mobile visitor management, AI chart summarization & guided admin onboarding

Robin designs each update to help workplace teams work faster and with more confidence. As workplace needs change, Robin focuses on making the tools teams use every day easier to use.

March’s releases make core workflows easier to reach, improve platform performance and help new admins get set up faster. Here are 3 key highlights from this month.

Use the mobile app as a front desk

Workplace teams should not have to stay at a desk to manage visitors. They need flexibility and still need control and compliance.

Visitor Management is now available in the Robin mobile app. Teams can add, manage and check visitors in or out from anywhere. With customizable workflows, flexible registration and real-time notifications, the mobile app works as a full front desk.

In more complex workplaces, teams can set up workflows for each visitor type, enforce compliance requirements and send visitor activity to their other systems in real time.

The result is faster check-ins, fewer delays and more confidence in your visitor processes.

To learn more, see the user guide Managing visits in the Robin mobile app.

Next Steps: Manage visitors directly from the mobile app to make front desk work faster.

Guided onboarding for admins

Setting up Robin, or improving your setup, now follows a clear, guided path with built-in progress tracking.

The new onboarding experience brings key setup tasks into one place. Admins always know what to do next and how close they are to a full setup, whether they set up Robin for the first time or improve an existing workplace.

Teams get set up faster, and their setups follow best practices. New customers and prospects see how easy Robin is to use.

To learn more, see Get started setting up your workplace.

Next Steps: Admins can open the new onboarding flow from the Getting started option in the left menu bar.

Understand your data faster with AI in analytics

Robin added 2 AI capabilities to Analytics that help you get value from your data:

  • With Explain this Chart, users can create a plain-language summary of any visualization in seconds. The summary shows key trends and insights, with no manual analysis.
  • With the AI Formula Assistant (available in Advanced Analytics), users can write formulas in plain language, fix errors and understand existing logic directly in the workbook.

More users can now work with analytics, build custom reports more easily and go from data to decisions faster, without deep technical knowledge.

Other updates

This release also brings these updates:

  • Redesigned dashboard navigation: A new side navigation makes it easier and faster to move through the platform and do your daily tasks.
  • Smarter desk and room suggestions: Get recommended desks and meeting rooms based on your preferences and availability. Accept, dismiss or explore options without moving between floors.
  • Improved multi-day booking for delegates: Dates now stay the same across reservations, so there are fewer repeated steps. Delegates can coordinate team schedules more easily and see all existing bookings.
  • Clearer navigation across floors and resources: See where desks, parking and resources are. You get clearer context when you move between bookings on different floors in large workplaces.
  • Better visibility into booking policies: Priority booking alerts show restrictions before you book. Users avoid confusion and make better booking decisions.
