More flexible scenario planning, drag-and-drop meetings & unified resource check-ins

Every Robin update starts with a conversation. These updates are for leaders who plan complex office moves, admins who manage daily space changes, and employees with hybrid schedules.

February’s releases give Workplace Admins more control over critical workflows and make daily tasks easier for employees. Here are 4 key highlights from this month.

Bring structure and control to office move planning

With Scenario Planning, Workplace Admins create and test office move plans as drafts before they publish changes. It is designed to reduce risk and keep people aligned during workplace changes.

Office moves are big projects with many stakeholders, so plans need protection while people finalize them. Workplace Admins can now lock draft move scenarios. This prevents unintended edits during review and approval.

Everyone works from the same version of the plan. There is less confusion at the last minute, and workplace teams can carry out major moves with more confidence.

Manage meeting room schedules from one visual view

When you manage meeting rooms at scale, schedules often shift during the day and need quick changes. Workplace Admins can now drag and drop meetings directly in the Meeting Rooms interface.

Admins change room schedules in real time from one visual view, with fewer steps. Daily room management is faster and less manual.

Automatic check-in for parking and resources

Separate check-in steps can slow employees down and make utilization data less consistent for admins. When you turn on automatic local check-in by badge or WiFi for parking and custom resources, employees do not need to do anything extra when they arrive.

For Workplace Admins, this means fewer no-shows, more accurate reports and less manual work. Admins set it up once, and it works for everyone onsite.

Users can set their preferred working hours

Hybrid schedules change, and booking should follow them.

Employees can now set their preferred working hours, with a new setting for when their workday starts and ends. If they prefer not to set it, Robin can learn from their real booking patterns and adapt automatically.

Employees get a more consistent experience, and admins get clearer usage insights.

For more information, see User Preferred Working Hours.

No setup is required. Keep booking as usual, and Robin adapts to your team’s work patterns automatically.
